How to Request a Refund

1. Email [email protected] within 60 days of your purchase date.
2. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
3. Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address: SODAMELT, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412.
4. Return any remaining/unopened bottles as instructed (you may keep the digital bonuses).

Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
